90. Reference on point of law.
- [(1) A Wage Board may refer to the Industrial Court any point of law arising in any proceedings before it under this Act. Any order or decision made or given by the Wage Board in such proceedings shall be in accordance with the decision of the Industrial Court.] [Sub-section (1) was inserted by Bombay 40 of 1948. section 18(1).](2)[ A Civil or Criminal Court may refer any matter or any issue in any suit, criminal prosecution or other legal proceeding before it relating to an industrial dispute to the Industrial Court for its decision.
