Section 4(1)(b) in The M.P. Stamp Rules 1942

(b)A hundi for an amount exceeding rupees thirty thousand in value, or payable at more than one year after date or sight, shall be written on paper supplied for sale by the State Government, to which a label has been affixed by the Superintendent of Stamps and impressed by him in the manner prescribed in Rule 11.
