(4)Such Officer shall thereupon place the marked ballot paper in the envelope and close the same and enclose it in the cover which he shall seal and handover to the voter. The voter shall then send the sealed cover forthwith to the Election Officer in accordance with the instructions contained in the letter sent to the voter along with the ballot paper so as to reach the Election Officer before 5 p.m. on the date fixed under sub-rule (2) of Rule 26. Any cover which is not received by the Election Officer before 5 p.m. on such date shall be rejected and kept along with the cover rejected under the said sub-rule.
