This matter appears under the heading, "Old Cases" in terms of an administrative instruction issued by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, which was communicated by the learned Registrar (Listing) to this Court's Assistant Court Officer, in terms of a notice dated 11th June, 2013. None appears in support of the instant application even at the time of second call.
It is quite clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
In such circumstances, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
