Section 6 in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
6. Appointment of members, etc., in default of election.
- In default of any election in accordance with the provisions of this Act and of the rules made thereunder the State Government shall appoint a President, a Vice-President or a member, as the case may be.
