On the last date of hearing arguments on I.A.No.4117/2025 were completed by the applicant and today the matter is listed for reply arguments on the said application by the Official Liquidator. However, in the meanwhile, the Veracious Infracon Developers Pvt. Ltd. has filed reply to I.A.No.4117/2025 by document No.8273/2025 as well as an application vide I.A.No.10226/2025 has been also filed by one of the Ex. Director of the Company under liquidation.
Learned counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that in the reply (Document No.8273/2025) certain submissions have been made with respect Signature Not Verified Signed by: SHAILESH MAHADEV SUKHDEVE Signing time: 10/28/2025 6:37:41 PM 2 COMP-9-2011 to Official Liquidator. In view of the same it has become essential for the Official Liquidator to respond to the same. Thus he prays for short adjournment to file his counter to the reply filed by the Veracious Infracon Developers Pvt. Ltd.
Considering the request made by the Official Liquidator, list the matter on 01/12/2025.
In the meanwhile, counsel for the Veracious Infracon Developers Pvt. Ltd. is directed to provide a copy of the reply dated 08/2/2025 as well as copy of the application I.A.No.10226/2025 to all the interested parties including Sun Star Infra and the Official Liquidator, if not already served.
