11. Competent authorities.
- Each beneficiary country shall notify the name, designation, address, telephone number, fax number, and email of its issuing authority to the authority in the Central Board of Excise and Customs, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, specified in Annexure A to these rules.
