(2)The dealer shall furnish Annual returns for financial year in Form No. 10 to the Mining Engineer/Assistant Mining Engineer concerned before 1st June of next year:Provided that Annual return may be filed with late fee of Rs. 100/- per day upto 30 days after the period as specified above.
