Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghanshayampur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner to torture for not fulfilling the demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same, he killed the daughter of the informant and disposed of her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 01.08.2019 and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72994 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 petitioner further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is the mother- in-law of the victim.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Biraul, District- Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019.
