Section 269(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)Every employer shall maintain a Register showing the particulars of the building worker and a Register of contribution in such form as may be directed by the Secretary or other officer authorised by him.
