14. Information to he furnished.
(1)The Council shall furnish copies of its minutes and of the minutes of the Executive Committee and an annual report of its activities together with an abstract of its accounts to the Government(2)The Government may publish in such manner as it may think fit any report, copy or abstract, furnished to it under this section.
