Section 142(a) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(a)After dissolution of the former Authority under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975 (Act 1 of 1975) and after constitution of the new Authority under the provisions of this Act, the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) (Act 1 of 1975) Act, 1975 (Act 1 of 1975) stands repealed.
