43. Provision of hand rails.
(1)In every staircase at least one hand rails shall be provided.(2)Where steps are provided from the ground to the building, hand rail may not be provided if the steps do not go above 1.5 metre height and are not less than 1 metre in width.Lobbies, Corridors, Passages and Balconies
