Section 30 in The U.P. Water Management And Regulatory Commission Act, 2008
30. Protection of action taken in good faith. -
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules or the regulations or the orders made thereunder.
