11. Residuary provision.
- Any other assets or liabilities (except office equipment) of the existing Council immediately before the appointed day, not expressly hereinbefore provided for, shall be apportioned between the Councils established for the Bombay area of the State of Gujarat and the Bombay area of the State of Maharashtra in the manner provided in paragraph 9.
