Section 16(2) in The Legal Metrology (Approval of Models) Rules, 2011
(2)The approved models, parts, drawings or dummies, submitted in accordance with the sub-ru1es (1) shall be preserved for the purposes of record and reference and shall not be opened to inspection by the public.
