The licensing authority may with the approval of the Central Government by an order in writing delegate the [power to sign licenses and Registration Certificates and] [Substituted by G.S.R. 604(E), dated 24.8.2001, for " power to sign licenses and" (w.e.f. 1.1.2003).] such other powers as may be specified in the order to any other person under his control.
