Section 6(1) in Himachal Pradesh Armed Bands (Arrest and Detention) Act, 1969
(1)Whoever is a member of an armed band shall, on conviction for such offence by a competent criminal court, be punished with imprisonment of either description which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.
