Section 30(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(1)When on a motion being carried the debate on a private member's Bill or resolution is adjourned to the next day allotted for private members' business in the same or next session, it shall not be set down for further discussion unless it has gained priority at the ballot.
