Section 45(1) in The Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council Act, 1988
(1)In any case in which the Chief Executive Councillor is required to take, in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder or of any other law for the time being in force, any action subject to the approval of the [Council] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.], the [Council] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.] may, subject to such conditions, if any, as it may specify, authorise the Chief Executive Councillor in writing to take such action in anticipation of such approval.
