Section 21(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Rules, 2002
(1)The meetings of the Managing Committee shall be held at least once in every month at the office of the Organisation. Special meetings may, however, be held if it is so required. A meeting requisitioned shall be held within 7 days of the receipt of requisition for such a meeting by the Chairman / President.
