3. Ld. Counsel for the Writ petitioner is directed to take out Personal Notice in respect of the Respondent No.5 within one week from today and file proof of receipt of Notice within a week thereafter.
4. Let the hard copies be served on the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 latest by 18.10.2023.
5. The Respondents shall file their Counter-Affidavits within three weeks thereafter.
