1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are holders of the lands and have Bhumiswami right, but their names have not been registered for the purpose of paddy on minimum support price by the State Government, for which the Collector made an enquiry and found that the petitioners are in possession of the lands in question. However, no order is being passed.
2. Be that as it may, the Collector, Mahasamund is directed to consider the cases / representations of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within three days from the date 4 of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
