Section 33(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)All amounts of money payable on account of registration, appeal, supply of copies or duplicate copies of certificate of registration shall be paid through a crossed demand draft in favour of the registering officer and appellate officer, as the case may be, and made payable to the branch of the Bank specified by the State Government from time to time at the concerned Registering Officer or the Appellate Officer.
