Section 51(5) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(5)If the Returning Officer decides under sub-rule (3) to allow a recount of the votes either wholly or in part, he shall -(a)arrange for the recounting in accordance with the rules; and(b)amend the result in Form-23 to the extent necessary after such recounting.
