Section 1 in Delhi High Court Intellectual Property Rights Division Rules, 2022
1. Short title and commencement
(i)These Rules shall be called ‘The Delhi High Court Intellectual Property Rights Division Rules, 2022. (DHC- IPD Rules, 2022);(ii)The Rules shall come into force on such date as the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court may notify inthe Official Gazette.
