Per Ashok Jindal Vide Order No. S/562/2011/CSTB/C-I dated 15.11.2011, the appellants were directed to deposit 50% of the duty confirmed and to report compliance on 16.03.2012.
2. When the matter was called today for ascertaining compliance with the above order, none appeared for the appellant nor is there any compliance report on record.
