Section 40(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 2003
(1)Vacancies required to be notified to the local Special Employment Ex-change, shall be notified at least thirty days before the date on which applicants will be interviewed or tested, where interviews or tests are held, or the date on which vacancies are intended to be filled, if no, interviews or tests are held.
