Section 100(1) in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Rules, 1976
(1)When the sale of the mortgaged property has been effected by a co-operative land development bank under Section 133 and the purchase amount has been received from the purchaser, the Bank shall submit a report of the sale immediately to the State Government and the Registrar.
