Section 38(8)(a) in Nagaland Rural Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 2018

(a)Where an employee dies leaving behind a judicially separated spouse with a child or children, the family pension payable in respect of the deceased shall be payable to the surviving spouse provided he or she is the guardian of such child or children.
