19. Committees.
- The authorities of the University may constitute such committees with such terms of reference as may be necessary for specific tasks to be performed by such committees. The constitution of such committees, powers to be exercised and duties to be performed shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes or decided by the Governing Body in the interest of the University from time to time.
