The Complainant filed an RTI application dated 05/04/2021 seeking the following information with reference to BECIL/HR/AIIMSBHOPAL/Advt.2020/38 dated:

"1)-sir please update about the result of office assistant exam for aiims Bhopal conducted on 21 and 22 January 2021
2)-my roll number is - 1114330091 please tell the marks obtained by me and also tell the cut off for selected candidates in office assistant exam for aiims Bhopal"
Having not received any response from the CPIO, the complainant filed a First Appeal dated 05.05.2021. FAA's order, if any, is not available on record.
Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied, the complainant approached the Commission with the instant Complaint.
Decision The Complainant upon receipt of the hearing notice informed the registry attached with this bench telephonically that he has received the desired information and does not wish to pursue the instant matter.
