Section 1 in The Gujarat Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 1985
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 1985.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 27th May, 1985.
