796. Court-fees and process fees.
- Court-fees and process fees chargeable with respect to all matters under the Act, shall, as nearly as may be, in accordance with the provisions of the Court- fees Act, 1870, as adapted to Rajasthan, and the rules for the time being in force relating to the payment of such fees on the original side.
