Section 73(3) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962
(3)Where an order of winding up Society is cancelled by the Registrar under Sub-Section (3) of Section 72 or set aside in appeal, the property, effects and actionable claims of the Society shall revest in the Society.
