Section 21(ii) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
(ii)The Sub Divisional Officer, under his territorial jurisdiction, shall issue a ration cards to eligible applicants within a reasonable time not exceeding one month of the date of receipt of the applications after necessary examinations and verification.
