04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard Ms. Pami Rath, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms. S. Gumansingh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
3. The common judgment dated 07.09.2022 has been challenged in this intra-court appeal. It has been stated to us that challenging the said judgment, the other appeals are pending in this Court. Those are being considered on merit, though the formal order of admission has not been passed.
4. Having that aspect in view, we admit this appeal to be heard on merit.

5. Since Mr. D. Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate appears and waives notice for the respondents No.1 to 4 and Dr. J.K. Lenka, learned counsel appears and waives notice for the respondent No.5, no formal notice is called for.
