Section 3(i) in Bihar Journalist Pension Scheme Rules, 2015
(i)Retired from any magazine or media channel after working as a regular journalist on salary/ remuneration/ honorarium for at least 20 years and is not a pension holder and is registered under the I&PRD for this scheme.
