ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to construct a building for Kuvalaikanni Village's Panchayat office in the Survey Nos.235/1 and 235/4 and Patta No.1233 situated in Kuvalaikanni Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Thenkasi District which belongs to the petitioner.
2. The petitioner has received written instructions to the effect that already Panchayat office has been constructed in S.No.235/3B in Patta No.
576.
