Section 240(1) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(1)The Claims Tribunal may, at anytime during the course of an enquiry before it, visit the site at which the accident occurred, for the purpose of making a local inspection or examining any person likely to be able to give information relevant to proceedings.
