(2)(a)Save as otherwise provided in this section, the term of nominated members shall be three years:Provided that each nominated member is eligible to hold the position for additional term not more than 6 years (2 terms).(b)An ex-officio member shall continue so long as he holds the officer by virtue of which he is such a member;(c)As nearly as one third of the nominated members, except the ex-officio member shall retire by rotation each year. In the first two instances, the Board may decide the procedure to identify the members who will retire;(d)A member may resign his office by informing in writing to the Chairperson, but he shall continue in office until his resignation has been accepted.
