Section 93(c) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(c)Proportion of all properties, funds and dues which are vested in or realizable by the authorities mentioned in clause (a) which shall vest in or be realizable by Authority or authorities, as the case may be;
