Senior counsel submit that in fact, the petitioner was not before the Supreme Court in the matter that has been remitted back vide judgment dated 27.07.2022 in Crl A No. 1051/2022 titled SK Tongia vs. Central Bureau of Investigation (and connected matters); and accordingly, impugned judgment dated 29.07.2019 stands insofar as this petitioner is concerned.
