(1)The Superintendent shall establish liaison with the department of Technical Education, Directorate of Industries, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Industrial Training Institute, Polytechnic and Vocational Training Institutions and similar other organisations to develop vocational training programmes and prison industries on a practical and pragmatic basis.
