Section 48(3) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(3)The plinth of garage public or private, located at ground level shall not be less them 15 cms. above the surrounding ground level.Every garage shall be set backed behind the line from road on to which the plot abuts, and shall not be located affecting the access to the buildings.
