Section 7(1) in Uttarakhand Self Reliant Co-Operatives Act, 2003
(1)A co-operative may decide, by a special resolution, to amend its articles of association;Provided that the text of such proposed amendment with reasons therefore shall be sent to each member, along with the notice of the general meeting in which the proposed amendment is to be discussed.
