Section 2(ii) in Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control (Amendment) Act, 1993
(ii)In the Second line word and figure "1st November 1941" shall be substituted by the word and figure "1st December, 1980" and it shall be deemed to have always been substituted.
