Section 33(2)(b) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008

(b)In the event of an employee of a registered self supporting society being aggrieved by an order of the or general body under sub rule (1), may, within sixty days of the receipt, of such order prefer an appeal against such order to the Co-operative Forum or the State Tribunal, as the case may be and the decision of the Co-operative Forum or Tribunal, as the case may be, shall be final.
