- Appeals presented under Special Acts, such as the Indian Succession Act XXXIX of 1925, the Guardians and Wards Act, VIII of 1890 etc. shall be registered in the ordinary way as First or Second Appeals, as the case may be. The office shall, however, permanently note on the title sheet and farad the name of the Act or Acts under which the appeal or application is filed which shall also be entered in the register.
