(1)The Collector may, from time to time, add to or alter in the prescribed manner any statement republished under sub-section (1) of section 15. In such case, the Collector shall publish in the prescribed form and manner a supplementary statement showing any addition or alteration so made, and the provisions of this Act shall apply to such supplementary statement as if it were a statement published under section 13.
